I finally have a helmet. I know it needs a bit of painting on the ears etc, but i hope it looks ok. sorry about the blur, all comments appreciated

i recieved a base and pin with the snaps, these should be fine i think?? tell me if im wrong but i shouldnt have cause to attach snaps to the actual armour, only snaps that have been allready attached to abs strips. i cant wait to get hold of my kit and begin building

thanks for your reply, i see that the shep is looking good, i could also buy it in parts with them as i cant afford it all in one go. i would like to hear from troopermaster first though.

details are that it just looks a bit mared in parts, its really hard to photograph though,and it loks ok in the pics?

recieved a brest plate and back plate today, the colour seems to be a blueish white?i can also see imperfections in the plastic that must of lifted from the moulds? gutted to be honest, but luckily didnt pay too much for the two.

thankyou for your help there darrell, unfortunatly there is no walmarts here in the uk, devcon plastic welder is a glue i take it? what thickness strips would you recomend? i have 1.5mm here

thats the problem, i live in a small coastal town, no chance of a hobby shop, loads of builders merchants though

i would be using it for ust attaching studs etc to it on the underneath of the armour. sorry for being a bit scatty

i am just pre-paring for my armour project, i would like sone abs strips, around my garage i have a load of white gutter for the house, could i use this for the strips?

Im in the uk and need a helmet, im so confuzed by all the different types on the net, namely ebay. could someone please recomend a decent acurate one for me to wear one day. have about up to £100 to spend, dont tell the wife
