  1. Hehe, I got it working too Yesterday I stuffed a fireball shooter up my E-11 barrel, and it worked pretty good, only some of the tube was sticking out of it, but atleast it shot some. I filmed it all...and had to talk english, so will put up video of it on youtube soon
  2. I actually did think about walking around my front lawn in armor to send up rockets and such. Even wanted to try putting some sort of fireball shooter inside my E-11 barrel and make it look like its firing real laser shots or something. Will just have to wait and see.
  3. Hehe, cool video. "I did not grab my crotch" Actually now I want to make a video like this for my site, perhaps I should? It would be for a regular Stormtrooper and not a Sandtrooper. Anyway, thanks for posting.
  4. I noticed that too here. Last Halloween there were lots of kids here and the smaller ones knew Star Wars alot better than the older ones. And what they called me.. They simply called me "Star Wars", allthough some of them actually knew I was a Stormtrooper, not bad for kids that small.
  5. Sure, thats cool , though I might make myself a real .com site soon, so the links will be changed, but will notify on that. The thing that Piczo deletes your site after not having logged into it after 120 days will suck a great deal when I am finished with the site itself and wouldnt have the need to login to edit stuff
  6. Thanks, man Hehe, I wanna try that now ---------------------- The armor tutorial is finally finished now, and can be found somewhere in this pile of links. My Stormtrooper Costume The Assembly Of The Helmet The Assembly Of The Armor The Assembly Of The Jumpsuit Preparing The Gloves The Creation Of The E-11 Blaster rifle Hope ye all like it
  7. Hehe, damn me eh? I'm not really sure if asking for a "chomper" will give you the best result, I really dont know what this thing was called, even in norwegian, but they might get the idea. Thanks for yer kind words.
  8. MEEP! for updates. The first page of the armor tutorial is now finished for those of you who would like to check it out, and I'm at the moment adding more photos to the second page. www.dk-stormtrooper.piczo.com
  9. Hehe, will do. I dont know if there are any good or new ideas around there though. Will start optimizing more photos tomorrow.
  10. Thanks, man ---------------------- New photos have been added to the main page of the costume, and more photos will be added to the armor tutorial and such - Link - Stormtrooper
  11. Just another question. I got my CA boots from another guy, but they were new and unused, but with no box and whatnot. The picture in the website shows a different sole pattern under them, and mine looks like they got little cats on them, and they have a square saying oil resistant. Are these the normal soles or were mine replaced? There are two layers of rubber with some wood beneeth them you see, and the wood part is cracking a bit. Should this worry me? Like the wood could fall off or something? Oh, and they smell
  12. Thanks man I never thought doing those things would ever be so hard, then I got TK armor, and it was Thanks for yer kind words.
  13. Cool, good luck with the armor when you get it then Note to all - It might take some while until I get to post the armor tutorial photos since I have to resize them and optimize them, but I had made a video today of the armor. This film is something I've been thinking about making for a long while now, and it turned out pretty much the way I wanted it to, so if yer interested, check out this video of my recently finished Stormtrooper armor. TK-1823 - Stormtrooper In Action
  14. Thanks man . Glad it could help you with the build. Checking out your thread now then .
  15. The armor will be completed tomorrow Stay tuned for updated tutorials. www.dk-stormtrooper.piczo.com
  16. Hello again. I just bought my armor And it will hopefully arrive in a short time. Stay tuned for updated tutorials in my stormtrooper website http://www.dk-stormtrooper.piczo.com
  17. I have long curly hair aswell, but I had planned on putting a fan on the frown like Apollo has. If your hair gets in the way in your helmet, then you should get a balaclava as I did. They work very well.
  18. Note to all - I might redo the whole E-11 tutorial, picture by picture as I am going to optimize the quality of them, making them brighter and better so its easier to see whats going on in them. The same things were done with all the other tutorials, but the E-11 tutorial is the only one with the original unedited photos in it. Also I'm going to slightly edit the text in there as I am from norway and have bad grammar. Surely you've all noticed that I just wrote "has been" on everything so I wont have to decide "Where has you been? I has been worried sick about you" (I'm not that bad really)
  19. Hmmm, perhaps, that could work. I did have two fans that kinda looked like these, only I cant find them <_<
  20. Thanks man, just what I needed. I had seen photos of the side of it, and I saw padding inside after the two boxes at the side, but didnt know if the padding went around the whole back of it. The way I'm making mine is to have a box at the back you see, and I wanted to see if the Riddell helmet did have a box at the back of it so that I could make it to look like that, but now that there is only padding back there and I need that box anyway, I can pretty much make the box to look like whatever I want. So the setup will be - The box at the back will contain a voice amp card. Some of the padding displayed in the Riddell helmet will be placed between the back and the side boxes. The side boxes will work as 9V battery holders, one for the voice amp, and one for a fan. Speakers will be added behind the aerators and will be made to resemble the Riddel parts. The front part of it looks to be too large, so I will make a custom piece of stuff at the front of it instead. I will also make the internal ear pieces even though these wont work, they will cover the bolts on the inside. Also I will make some parts to cover the inside of the decaled areas as these are meant to be radiators or whatnot. And the whole thing will be painted black on the inside. - - - - - - I hope atleast. <_<
  21. Thanks for all yer kind words Hopefully I will get the armor soon and start on the tutorial for it too.
  22. Yeah, it does look pretty FX'y, but arent the eyes on the FX much sharper at the bottom? Those could have been fixed though, atleast the chin portion of it looks alot like the FX helmet along with the loose chin piece, so I guess it is an FX. Oh well, atleast this shows that the FX helmets are sort of canon afterall then
  23. I'm sorry its not the other way around, that would be nifty. I dont work in a machine shop or anywhere at the moment, I just have a big messy room with alot of tools which I have no idea where came from, probably found somewhere by my dad, I dont think he could have afforded all of the stuff I have here, also some tools are from my late grandfather such as the turntable and metal grinding thing whatever it is. Also the big blue metal bender seen in the tutorial was - - - - - - found in the junk aswell, and its a pretty expensive piece of "garbage" and very useful for making metal E-11 parts and other stuff. Making it sound so easy makes me believe that someone out there must really hate me for it
