No. I believe they were taken from a TE bumpy and cleaned up a bit. TE2 later designated them the SFS, though they were never made from the actual SFS foam helmet.
Agreed, as a matter of fact the TE2 Tantive IV I build a year ago is coming from this "SFS" molds except the cap and back that is coming from the original Brian R. I never understood myself why this facemask was called SFS.

Great thread guys, perfect timing actually. I got a TM hero kit a while back ago and I did not have time at all to work on it so the holidays is the perfect time for me to relax and work on my TM helmet.
Looking good Craig! I agreed with Paul, the ears look a bit thicker but it is going in the right direction.

My pleasure...they look very good. Nah I let it go long ago...to many helmets at home and I need to reduce my collection before I moved back to SF

Thanks guys.
Yes Armando, I made these decals in silkscreened style (painted adhesive vynil). I made the pattern with the help of a scan of original decals (modified on photoshop).
Let me tell you this Fabien, those are the best ROTJ decals I have seen so far. You did an outstanding job. Well done my friend

All your helmet builds are an inspiration Armando and this is no acception
I am really looking forward to seeing some comparisons of the the TE and JoeR jedi lids....
Thanks Mark, I appreciate your kind words Unfortunately that comparison will not be possible at least on my side since I have recently sold this helmet . Still I will have a new thread for the upcoming JoeR ROTJ helmet
Thanks Mark
Not wanting to sound arrogant but mine are much closer to what you see on screen and a lot more accurate IMO!
Awesome work as always A, can't wait to see your JoeR build up.
Joe
As I mention to Mark I will have a new thread for your helmet buddy. Thanks Joe
