hey Jester - did your kit come with glue? the abs cement stuff - if it did i found this stuff ok, just make sure you clamp it well. luke

i need some help on m e-11 resin blaster. i know where most of the bits go but im struggling with the three in the second photo - can anyone help? also the folding stock is warped (as you can see in photo 1) can i heat it up to reshape it? cheers luke sorry for the lack of detail on this one - best i could do with my camera

Yeah I would have to agree with Chef - the higher power setting do come in handy. I too dont have a Dremmel brand but im still happy with the results mine gives. Luke

im thinking or repainting my fx armour - because my thighs and calves are too big and i thought about adding shims but want to make them blend in by filling and sanding them. has anyone repainted theirs? just looking to see if its possible and what problems if any occured. luke

hi, guys havent written anything for a while been too busy anyway this is a shot in the dark - is anyone going to celebration europe on saturday? i am but my train wont get me there till about 11 ( i live up north) but i would like a ticket to see mark hamill, but im guessing they will all be gone by the time i get there. was wondering if anyone could get me one if they are there early enough and pass it onto me when i get there? or if anyone knew anything regarding ticket distribution that i didnt could help many thanks luke

Yeah its a 3 part kit. I have not assembled anything yet was offering it up to see the best way to put it together, and there is a gap at the back as I said between the dome and the rear. I will try to take some photos when I get my digital camera back to make it a bit easier to understand.

Hi guys ive got a fibre glass helmet kit but need some help. Anyone know the best glue to use? And can fibreglass be heated to alter its shape? (there is a slight gap at the back where the dome meets the back plate) Also what type of paint is best - ive seen some people talk about automotive paint. Any help would be much appreciated.

Way to go Kudos, I am a type 1 diabetic too. Cant wait to get my armour finished so I can help raise money for charaties too. (nmot that i dont help in other ways but would be nice to do it in costume )

I would but dont really have a clue where to start with shimming. I dont want the armour to look naff! Anyone know of any good detailed shimming tutorials or have any pics of their own? It would help loads

Got another question guys On my FX armour im using the ABS for the belt, the instructions say to use velcro to join them is this the easiest way or are there any other easy options? luke

I think I have sourced some abs for the US. Just need to find out the size of my sources vac forming machine. Fingers crossed i should have some larger thigh and shin armour soon!!!!

Hi, I have a US set of FX armour but the thighs and calves are too small. I managed to find someone in the UK who could make me larger bits but he says his abs is a different colour. Does anyone know a good supplier in the US who would ship to the UK? cheers
