On the Thermal Detenators, are you asking if you need the actual thermal detenator props to put in the cannister in the back? If you mean "do you need the thermal detenator cannister on the back?", then yes.

Did you glue the vinyl on or was it velcroed. I think I'd like to switch out the ABS strips I'm using for this (as it'll form with the calf better). Thanks for the tip.

That's what I have as well. Small and quiet. They aren't really for cooling you off, though. It gives some air flow which keeps the lenses from fogging up.

I've been meaning to ask about that. Cool! Thanks for the visual demonstration there. If that makes it to where you can sit down (if need be), then that is a cool mod. Just one question... when did they pass out the green shirts at the academy? I wonder how it would look with a different color underarmor... And your ability to sew in armor is impressive as well.

Kinda of a roundabout way of getting here, but I always loved the TK when I saw a bunch of you guys at Cons and stuff. When Episode III came out, I was sold on the Clone. I then got to talking with some of the Southern Outpost and met up with them at Chattacon, in which they let me wear the Vader suit for awhile. Putting on armor made it a sure thing I was getting a set of something. I actually bought a Clone helmet, but soon after sold it and went the TK route as it seemed to be a little more in line with my skills (at the time). Anyway, I'm glad I went with the TK as it's a classic and everyone knows the Stormtrooper.
