  1. Looks good so far! It is even better to make it yourself. When each layer is approximate 3 mm you should be close enough to the required diameter of the screws of the pan head. Acrylic may be a little brittle, however, in the case of a holster mount it could work perfectly well as long as it is not subjected to excessive stress. Surely write back when you have fitted it in the blaster.
  2. Both are fun in their own way. MCX gives you more rail options, CX4 is more out-of-the-box ready. I’d look at CO₂ use and mag reliability—they can make or break the fun long-term. Anyone here put a few thousand rounds through either one?
  3. I’ve encountered a similar issue; heat guns can bend the plastic too much. Using a hot water bath (nothing boiling) has worked better for me; immerse the belt for a short while until it becomes somewhat pliable, then gently bend it into position. To avoid distortion, it's a good idea to place the belt between two surfaces with comparable shapes while it cools. Reinforcing the area with adhesive (E6000 works well if you rough up the surface beforehand) and a small amount of ABS paste inside can be a lifesaver if there is any cracking or weakness. After it has dried, sand it smooth. Has anyone tried a comparable technique or discovered a superior do-it-yourself trick?
