Yes, that makes sense!! I can understand the whole armor part, but the helmet... They could use the black series one and still look better! I am just curious if that helmet is kind of "lineage" to some rotj helmets that were deformed due to the mold error or it is a new helmet made from Disney for their parks.

Hello to everyone! I saw the other day some pics from galaxy's edge batu (if i recall correctly) of the original trilogy stormtroopers. I am wondering where are those helmets from? Also, is that the rubies costume? I am asking out of curiosity.

Hello to everyone and greetings from Greece!! I am Dimitris (TK30120) and some of you may know me personally, others just from the forum. A few days ago i celebrated being one year in the legion and in the FISD! I just want to say a huge "Thank you" to everyone!! Inside the legion and the FISD , except from building a tk armor (one of my dreams), i made lots of friends and gain a tone of experience. I am really thankful! I wish the best for all of you!!! 1 year done, many more to come!!!

Hello Vasco!!! Its a pleasure to have you in the fisd!! There are some vendors in the EU. I went with DA, but there is also RWA and of course RS who is the most well known due to its lineage armor and helmets. Of course there are more vendors. You could buy the whole set ready to wear or you could buy a kit and do it yourself!! I would definitely recommend the second choice as it is a great experience and you could easily repair everything that will be damaged in the future. For whatever you need feel free to contact us!!!

Yes yes! They look all like stormtrooper helmets but in reality there are plenty of differences. You could check the CRLs (Costume Reference Library) in the 501 legion!!

The progress is great and the helmet looks like a lot of effort was put on. You should not worry about mistakes as we all leard from them. Regarding the helmet, with a bit of fine sanding it will be ready for its final colours!! Keep going and keep updating. I have two questions: the first is "how the abs piece with the kidneys are connected? How do you wear that? Is it open in the sides while you wear it or you just squeeze in there?" The second question is " does someone know a software that can helps you fit an stl to you?" For example, i am a bigger scale trooper and now that i see your thread, i am really thinking of printing a set of R1TK trooper too but i do not know how to fit the armor on me. The thighs will be definitely small, and the abs piece should be definitely larger too. Thank you!! Looking forward to see your armor ready!!!

I really don't know about that but if they do not reply to your email, try to contact them via other ways (eg Facebook) just to be sure!! I believe they will check on that!

I was thinking the same! Also, has the middle left one tied his bicep with brown material? Or it is just the colouring?

So they are going to make two versions, one with no extra paintings and another with painted shin and bicep? I really like the "wear what i found" concept. Hope we see more details and tk backstories in the movie!

I do not use a belt, i just snap them with elastic straps to the belly-cod. One at each side. But i really like the idea of a belt!! I may copy that hahaha. The rest if the upper armor is snapped into two black thick elastic straps that goes from the back to the shoulders and then to the front and are held via velcro.

Hello again!! I did some research and asked a friend, Eric who knows the subject. The whole set reminds us of the TKUK ones, from the United Kingdom. Beware as it might be a recast!! Indeed it is really difficult to tell from those photos. Also, the chest piece is absent in the pics, so if you go there yourself be sure to take closer photos with every component!! I will do a search too and hope to find any clues.
