Any pics for what better way of connecting the sides of the front and back to sit more flush?? Its just one of the improvements I need to do for my SDS armour instead of velcro which is just popping undone.

Well they should be here tomorrow so I shall let you know how I get on. I actually found these little stands which were part of some LED interior lights on the front of a magazine so if I add some small bases and the blowers onto them at least I have the option to move them in any direction.

I want to apply steve's cool method into my bucket but need to know something. I shall be getting the battery boxes and the fans but need to know what switch would be best to buy from this site to mount into one of the battery boxes. I shall be using 8 AA's like he is but dont know what switch to buy from this site where I am getting the battery boxes from cause some of the ones that look good to use are 3amp,6amp and so forth. --------

John from the ukg who makes the romfx does batches of units every few months. If you are interested in one drop him a email from his site and I am sure he will let you know when he will be doing the next batch. The romfx comes with buttons which you can download various sound samples onto each of them which I shall be rigging up into my belt. the site is http://www.romfx.com/ and actually has a video of it in action. Hello john I am already over there and have been for a while under this same nick I just have some SDS armour on the way in a few days time so want to apply various methods like the garter so its easier for me.

So I suppose really if you use elastic it would not matter so much.

I must say these methods are amazing and I shall be for certain doing these ideas on mine when it arrives this week sometime. May I ask though when you have the armour on using any of these methods is the strapping pretty visible ??
