Like Mario says, (CRL ):"Medium blue, backward bent tube stripes number between (9) and (16) per side.

Navy blue and/ or black stripes are inaccurate.

Does not need to be an equal amount of stripes per side."

About the belt, I use a normal nylon one. I bought on Amazon a kit to make 10 belts, the kind that you cut to the size you want ... But you can use any belt that is comfortable for you...

I followed the video of the link and had no problem... Just one thing... I didn't use the abs paste to cover the joint. I used a two-component putty(apoxi sculpture, but another brand can work the same) which is much better for sanding and modeling. Then I painted it and it looks great ...You can see the final appearance in my centurion application...

I used velcro on my armor but only for comfort when putting it on, I'm close to half a century, and it's hard to bend down.

But if you want the highest screen accurate level the correct method is using clips and eyelets.

Here in Spain, we look out  the windows and we applaud at 20:00 p.m. every day, to the doctors, nurses, policemen..., who risk their lives for us ... I always go out with my helmet ... It is not like going down the street with my helmet on, but it is a good start...
