    Was as a visitor at a event of the 501st today (not fully added to internal forum and troop signup yet) and got a "incomplete archives" case. Saw one snowtrooper commander which i didn't recognize immediately. only knew that it was a snowtrooper-related one. For some weird reason i never noticed those in ESB....

    Obviously we have high expectations here at the 501st but people are allowed to dress up for the love of starwars on their own or part of a different group. They aren’t as “official” but he is as weird as us; we are one in the same.

    He was requested by the cinema so he should have checked his armor at least. Dangling straps (he has his shoulder bell closure strap open for some reason) shouldn't happen when appearing at opening days.

    Sidenote: i wonder which armor manufacturer he used since the breast plate looks too small for his lower armor parts.

    At first, they delivered decent kits at a decent price.  Then, it seems that they went beyond their means, promising delivery dates that could not be met.  There are those who ordered kits 3 years ago who are still waiting for it to be shipped!  

    This is one of the reasons that Anovos is no longer part of the "vetted" seller area, and should be avoided.

    Someone over at the RPF got some hints that LFL doesn't care much on those issues, too...

    No way to troop unless the mail with the onboarding stuff of german garrison arrives. (he got approved at same time as me and we are both still waiting on that mail (see german garrison public forums)

    Currently waiting on the mail with the internal site accesses for the german garrison forums (no way to sign up for troops otherwise) and the user status update here on the FISD. Got the TKID 3 hours after the approval email (GMO said it usually takes a few days, somehow he approved just a bit before the status check cycle of the legion guy)

     

    Edit: just saw that you are a RS armor owner, too

    Forum threads are identified by a numeric id. Look at the url and you see the number straight after the topic/ part. that is the only thing that matters for referencing a thread and that should not change at all if a thread gets moved.
