Got back into the armour build today, biceps and thigh markings have been done as well as starting on the bucket.

Procrastination and bad weather have slowed down the build. Masked up my biceps yesterday, ready to paint in the next few days.
Hoping to get a bit done this coming weekend.

Pics would help. In regards to your biceps, without pics I'd suggest looking into the hook method.
You attach elastic across the inside of the low side of the shoulder bell and install an ABS hook on the bicep.
The hook gets attached to the elastic when suited up and keeps it in place.

Hi Antoine and welcome to the FISD.

Right Shin painted.
A benefit of using the toothpaste method is I get a great result on the armour and also a minty fresh breath.

Left Shin painted, same process as the shoulder bells. Loving the red.

Shock Trooper Shoulder Bells.
First time painting armor and I'm pretty happy with the result.
Shiny White > Shiny Red >> Battle Damaged Red
Just need to dirty them up with some charcoal once the paint cures.

Best to log onto the forum via a PC (Not tapatalk), then hold the mouse on the title, left click and hold.
The title should be editable so you can make your changes.

So to attach this bad boy I would have normally used rivets, but for the Shock Trooper there are no visible rivets. Thanks to my mate Nic, for the "Hot" tip, a hot water bath is now in order to shape the ammo pack. E6000 is good, but not that good.
Currently held on with clamps.

Welcome to the Legion Trooper and great job. Check out the Field Training section of thr forum and consider creating a Troop log to keep track of your adventures as a Stormtrooper.
