  1. My chest armor is riding high causing the chest to not overlap the torso. In addition, the right side seems to ride a little higher and I double checked to make sure the connection points are in the same spot. 2. Yeah, Velcro really isn't doing the job and the e6000 wouldn't solidify under the plastic (even after a week), so going to try the elastic strap. Are people just using white hair bands?
  3. I have seen some wonderful clean pics of voice amps and fan power supplies in helmets and I am trying to figure, great, but how do you get your head in there? Right now I just have a fan kit (looking for an amp and voice changing set), but still struggling to get the fan power supply in a place that looks nice, holds, and doesn't drive head forward allowing me to put my helmet on.
  4. My issue has been the rubber of the eyes wanting to slide down more than anything.
  5. Is there a trick to keep the helmet rubber gaskets in place? Easy to fix, but mine shift around annoyingly all the time.
  6. In addition to the elastic strap, I am using industrial strength velcro to hold the back of the shoulder straps down (seems quite common.) The issue I am having is that because of the grooves in the straps, the velcro just doesn't have enough adhesion area, so it is peeling away. Any thoughts on how to solve this? I thought about putting down E6000 or JB Weld Puddy to let dry, then putting velcro on top of that just so it had a more flat surface.
