  3. Looking for some pre-Centurion submission feedback - I've made the above changes, but i'm still not sure i got everything correct. Can you guys take a look at these pictures and let me know? If everything looks good, i just need to suit up to get the full body shots. thanks everyone! *Edited to remove duplicate images
  4. Thanks! I've already started working on the updates to shoot for Centurion! A couple of questions about the items quoted above - 1. The split ab/cod - is this an absolute must do? I split it originally because it makes it a lot easier to move and helps me fit the armor around my less-than-perfect physique. I think I put it back together but it's a lot of work to join them and hide the seam adequately. 2. E-11 Hengslter counter - this blaster is one-piece molded rubber. The counter is part of the blaster and cannot be moved with out significant surgery to cut it off and find a way to reattach it. Is this a deal- breaker for Centurion? It's less of a "too much work to fix" and more of a "I use this one because i don't have to worry about dropping it and don't want to ruin it if i don't have to" issue. I have a scratchbuilt E-11 from before I purchased the rubber one that has a more accurate Henstler height, but the scope is not as accurate (it's scratchbuilt from plumbing parts). The scratchbuilt is the bottom one that's missing the trigger guard - i'll print a replacement guard to attach if it's acceptable otherwise (and if I can't pass with the rubber blaster as-is). Thanks again!

  6. Hello all, I have ukswraths helmet speaker system for my TK and apparently I have a large head. I am not really able to comfortably fit everything in the helmet and still be able to fit my head as well. I had the idea to run a Bluetooth microphone connected to the system, then run a dedicated Bluetooth transmitter/receiver pair from the system to the mic tips. This would allow me to put the system board itself behind my chest plate and still have the benefit of no wires running down from the helmet. Sounds great in theory, but when I add the second Bluetooth pair from the speaker output to the mic tips, I lose almost all volume from the system. I have both the mic and the board maxed out on volume and it can barely be heard 4 ft away in a relatively quiet room. I've tried different orientations and helmet on/off to see if there’s an interference issue but it’s the same no matter what I do. I am passable with electronics but am definitely an amateur. I was under the impression that the two Bluetooth connections shouldn’t interfere with each other, but I’m at a loss as to what would be reducing the volume this way. Has anyone tried anything similar or have any suggestions on things I could try to fix this? thanks!
  7. So I bought one of those and I’ll be honest, it’s not really great. Thin leather, flaps don’t stay closed. I was able to make 3 pouches with templates I found here ( ---------------) and they look much better and didn’t cost all that much more per pouch to produce.
  8. Updated pack. Added some light weathering and removed the blaster mount. I’m 3d printing a DLT-20 and I have the files for a -19 that I’m doing next for my BFG. I have 2 homemade ammo pouches and one cheap but serviceable one from amazon (costumebase, I think) that I’m going to use until I can save more money for another sheet of leather. Thanks for all of your feedback! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. Good evening everyone, I just got approval for my ANH stunt TK and I have been working on building HWT components to eventually add that to my repertoire. That being said, I have a couple of questions about the pack. I have built a pack based on several threads on the boards here (images below), but I want to know what the verdict is on E-11 mount on the side of the pack. Is that something that is allowable for submission? I've seen it here and there and I really like the idea of having my E-11 strapped to the pack as a "backup" weapon. I've added my own variation of a mount to my pack, but it should be pretty easy to remove if i need to. Second question. How do you all run the shoulder straps for the pack over/around/under/through the regular plastic TK shoulder covers/straps? Every time i've tried the pack on with my armor, the pack straps keep getting tangled up with the plastic shoulder straps and the elastic shoulder straps. I'm worried i'm gonna wind up snapping one of the plastic straps trying to get the pack on. These are the straps i have currently for the pack: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B078VZXDM5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Thanks all!

The top of the holster came with the extra snaps already installed for a hero build, I need to trim down the top of them a bit (they stick up when laying flat but cause some weird bumps on the belt when pushed down) Thanks!
