I have an Anovos kit. Sadly, I didn't find out about the different company's until after I bought my kits Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Just to follow up with this topic, the helmet (which was far worse than the armor) smells so much better! About 80% of the smell is now gone in there! I'm going to hit it again with some vinegar and then hit the armor with vinegar when I'm done with the build to hopefully lighten the smell some more. Thank you guys again!

Hello from NC! I'm trying to build my shadow trooper right now when I realized that not only do I not know what I'm doing, but I'm not fully sure where to start. I have read the tutorials on here on how to put this together, but being female, on the chuncky side and 5'1, I'm not fully sure how to go about making the armor fit me. I found a picture on where to cut the armor to make it fit my height, but how to do I make it fit my weight? Also, any tips on how to best go about heating the armor to reshape it? Any feedback will help!

I just bought armor off another member and they are a smoker. I don't smoke and find the scent off putting. What would you all recommend to get that smoke smell off the armor?

I ordered my TK in August and I would just be happy if I get it and have it completed before the next SW Celebration. I've heard stories of horrible delays with Anovos. However, I have been looking at the threads too so I could hit the ground running when it comes. Ukswrath's "Go-To" is an amazing thread!
