  1. Painted it, and let it sit overnight. Used Testors paint, glossy black and 1138 glossy gray. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  2. Taped everything up last night, prepping it for paint. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  3. Bought me a little file set for under $4 at Lowe's today. Was able to sand the teeth and eye sockets. Looks much better now. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  4. Added the brow and trimmed it, bolted the pieces together (although I need to either trim the screws or find shorter ones) and I rough cut the teeth and eye holes. Still need to fine trim them and sand them down. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  5. Decided to start work on the bucket today. Trimmed the front and back pieces along the lines, making sure the bottom would face my neck. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  6. Not much to report today, except more trimming and sanding. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  7. Thanks! I havent done much but trim. Let's see how the actual build comes out. Lol! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  8. This is exactly what I needed to see. Thanks a bunch!!!! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  9. Also, the wrist side of the forearm has no return edge, and neither does the ankle side of the calf. Is that correct? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  10. This is perfect! Thank you. I couldn't find a single pic of the bottom side of the bicep. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  11. Hi there! I do have a question. Is there any return edge on the bottom of the bicep?
  12. Trimmed forearms and lower legs. Haven't sanded them yet. It was so relaxing, I forgot to eat dinner. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  13. The back of one of the thighs was wonky upon arrival. May have to thin out the return edge to smooth it out Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  14. After seeing my pics, I think I need to get braver with my cutting. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  15. Trimmed the butt piece last night. This one didn't seem to need too much, especially on the top edge. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  16. I'll try that! Thanks! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  17. Definitely! Been using lexans, a dremel, and sandpaper. Will smoothe out the edges a bit more once I piece it together so it doesn't snag on anything. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  18. Trimmed the chest plate as well. After looking at the pics, my left shoulder may need more trimming... but I'm exhausted. Will continue tomorrow. ****edit***** ok, trimmed my left shoulder. Looks better.
  19. Also did the back plate: Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  20. Trimmed the kidney piece today: Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  21. So I followed y'alls advice and did more trimming. I feel like i'm still being too conservative... but I guess I'd rather trim again than to overtrim. We'll see how it looks once it's all put together. I can always trim more later. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  22. Thank you! I hope to continue a little bit each night after work. And yes, APs are great. Not only for the way everyone helps each other, but for the camaraderie. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  23. I appreciate that very much!!!! Thank you! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  24. Thank you!!! I dont have an actual plan of execution yet... just trimming the parts that look easy first. Then I'll probably need some help with the fitting, so perhaps an AP soon??? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  25. I'm excited and nervous!!! Lol Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
