Belt: Got my mother in law to tailor me a new belt. Install the holster using supplied Chicago screw. First public appearance: Wear the armor for my uni alumni homecoming dinner. Received complimentary gift for best dress. The homecoming King was awarded to Deadpool. Had some difficulty. But it was worth it. Great taking pictures opportunities with old friends. Helmet Electronics: Install 2 fans inside the helmet. Fan specification (each): Size:40mm Voltage: 5v Current: 0.14A Connected in parallel to USB cable. It will power by 20000mAh power bank. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Butt plate: From previous test fit, i found out my butt plate flared out. So i will try hot water method to close the gap. Prepare stock pot and fill in 3/4 full. Fire up and wait it boil. Trial fit. Difficult to take picture while fully suited in armor. Will get another person to take picture for me next time. I need to shorten the back plate and breast plate connection elastic. This to bring it higher and subsequently raise the butt plate higher. The butt plate is flaring out. Will treat it with hot bath to shape it closer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Shin (left & right) Use e6000 to attach velcro for rear connection. The adhesives that comes with the supplied velcro failed during test fit. Kidney to butt plate connection: Reinforce the strapping. Progress fit-up: 3/4" elastic not a good idea. Need a wider elastic. 3/4" stretch too much. Having difficulty to bend the knee. Thinking of removing the top portion near butt. This will allow the thigh to be higher and more knee clearance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thigh garter belt: I use my existing leather belt. I take a 3/4" elastic and made a loop around the belt. The end are ladder loop buckle. Canvas belt: Measure the armor waist. ~40" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

For difficult connection, i glue half of it first, then i glue the other half. Doing inner strip supposed to be helpfull but no extra strip provided by Anovos.

Thigh (left & right) Assemble the front connection. Shin(left & right) Assemble the front connection. Sniper plate: Encounter problem with sniper plate connection. I am removing the left shin and will reduce the front width before i try to reassemble the sniper plate.
