I am a new Stormtrooper. My Legacy Era Female is 501st official. This is my first time in armor as I generally kit up as Juno Eclipse. I am happy to be part of the FISD.

Started work on the helmet.  This is a slush cast resin helmet from TDK Props.  It is excellent quality and very well done.

Received my first half of armor from MIMIC yesterday.  This is excellent quality and highly detailed.  Here are some general photos.  It even came with velcro installed.  Once I start assembly, I will show closer pictures.

Welcome.  There are also other vendors that are very well respected and have faster turn-a-round times for TK armor (other than RS and Anovos).  I agree with everyone on Anovos, as I have ordered 2 times and cancelled both times due to constant delays.  RS Prop Masters has a great product and has been around for a long time.

  Being a Re-enactor for 30 years I know there are a lot of different vendors and before buying anything it's always good to ask questions and getting right the 1st time around ( my British French and Indian War Kit) was about 2000 to complete so making mistakes putting a Impression together is not something you want to do because nothing sucks more then buy something twice.  

 

So so I guess my questions are these 

 

1.  Where is a good place to purchase a Stormtrooper Impression.  

 

2.   I know most are kit's but I'm not good building anything lol.  Is there an option to buy a kit complete?

 

3.   What about sizing ?   Do they build armor by your measurements ?   

 

I'm about 6 foot and 232, 46 chest, 38 to 40 waist can I even get Armor that size ?
