    Jewelry Suppliers carry the finer grit sand paper - there's up to 3500 diamond cloth but she's pricey.

    I will, hopefully be working on that notch this weekend - the plan is to slice the seam on the notch and push the un-used portion back in with a back plate on the inside of the armor - if that makes sense. This way there is only a small seam that can be concealed with abs paste - which can be sanded and buffed up.

    If I may recommend , Marks Work Warehouse has some deadly heat form insoles that are deadly and oober comfortable. They are a little more pricey than standard insoles but I can't even tell I've been walking all day anymore. (I average about 13,000 steps a day before I get home to give you an idea)
