Too late, I have cut it just below the ab plate and along the line on the back plate. If I wanted to get deployment I would have hat to cut it anyway.

The belt does not stop bending?

Where is the best place to cut the ab plate so bending over is easier? I have seen pics where it is cut just below the belt so it is just the cod piece and have seen others where it is cut along the line the botton of the ab plate but this will be under the belt.

If thats the MR scaled blaster it is about 1/4 scale.

Looks like a MR blaster, way to heavey to troop with...but there are some who do. Look on the big auction site for bodysuits and gloves, not sure if I can mention it here, I know you cant on some boards..but Im sure you know the one I mean.

On the frown I got a grinding wheel on my Dremel, and from the inside i ground away at the bits of the frown that were raised up until the hole was about the right size then did the finer sanding with a file to tidy up the hole
