thanks very much for this list, it's super helpful. can anyone suggest a good undersuit to buy? all i seem to come across are ones for bikers, and are priced quite high for what you get. if i have to dish out $200 for underroos, then so be it, but it just seems like there could be cheaper options.

Is the suit still in development, or was it moved somewhere else?

This is very cool! When routing the groves, it looks like you attached the thin piece of wood to the tube and routed through that? Does doing it that way make a cleaner cut with your router or was it just for stability? And thanks for posting so many pics Great ideas you have.

This is truely epic! Just starting out in all this and I am currently making the TFA Flame Trooper gun and tanks useing wood and plastic. Will be following all these build threads for things I would not have thought of before Thanks for posting so many pictures.
