I found I needed small magnets for the inside of the left arm. The front ridge was too narrow for the 18mm disk:

I found scoring and then cutting was best for me
Creating my ABS paste cache.. Be sure to remove the plastic coating prior to cutting, it's much easier.

Hey there,
Any suggestion on where I can get an inexpensive Biker Scout costume? I have a plan for a costume which will involved basically destroying any quality armor. This is not intended for 501st induction, just something fun. I have searched EBay, Amazon and Rubies.

I added some foam cushion and an old pillow to help stuff.
I also added additional foam at the shoulders since alot of weight will be there.
