Currently I dont have a laptop with me out here in Bahrain, so I'm just using my phone.

I have started trimming and sanding on some parts, but if y'all wouldn't mind giving some critiques it would be much appreciated. How's it going about a week or two ago I received my big brown box from ATA. Like many of y'all I was very excited and also nervous, which I still am, so I'm starting this build thread to get some extra input and assistance as I go through this build.

That's awesome that they actually will do the neckseal.

I saw it when Finn was in the tie fighter with Poe, but I can't find any photos of it. It had I shine to it though.

Where could you get 1mm ultrawhite pvc?

I made them using pepakura FO trooper armor, but instead of using the armor I made to wear I cut it and added clay to open parts to be a vacuum forming mold.

I have the molds already, I just want to make armor for me and my friends, plus I don't have the money for armor, especially from anovos.

I think I'll stick with abs or HIPS, I'm having trouble finding the pvc anyway.

Does anybody know where I can get some greeblies for the new armor ?

I have not vacuum formed yet, but I have been looking into it for quite some time now. I am looking for tips on mainly pvc.

It seems a little larger and bulkier than the one used in the movie, but it looks good so far.

I was wandering what type of plastics and how long and hot they should be heated to make TK armor, I'm mainly after Ultra white PVC sheets, but ABS is fine too.

Does anyone know what the thickness for pvc should be if I decide to go that route? I know where to get 3mm, but I think it may be to thick. I think 2mm would be my best bet but I can't find much 2mm ultra white pvc sheeting.
