Has anyone thought about using aluminum dies and molds for vacuum forming.

Anyone ever thought about using aluminum casting dies for vacuum forming?

Im confused on sizing. All I ever see is people choosing armor on their hight and weight. It making it hard to figure out what armor would best fit me. It just seem easier have them listed fitting hight- Chest- Waist- Or am i completely missing some thing.

I"ll see about unpacking them and get my budy to take pics.

Help Confused Newbie is there any were I can find actually dimensions that a suit can fit?

I inherited...acquired. Rescued it along with one of his ATAT Pilots, Tie Pilots, Snow Troopers and other Items.

Does anyone know if Trooper Bay is reputable. I would like to build a Sandy He seems to my untrained eye to have a few accessories and things for building one.
