So a quick fit of the biceps - going to trim back the return edge a little on the inside of the bicep as I can see it's going to dig in and cause injuries over time - is the gap on the tricep/outside ok?
Hey Mark - with the discovery of the forearm overlap being reversed, do you think I should also do this with the biceps? e.g. bicep part to overlap the tricep piece?
Any word on your application mate? I'm in the middle of a CFO build right now, as is another guy so I'm hoping it all turns out for the best - good luck!
Did a quick fit - I think I'm ok - not as much kitesurfing as Johnnychaos! I only ordered my undersuit today so just tried it over my shirt. Thoughts? Suggestions?
So I've removed the return edges and thought I'd see how they went together - I'm not sure which is left and right or if it matters but noticed some overhang at one end - does this just get trimmed?

So back to it - small break due to a back injury - fun.
I trimmed out the forearms - I have my reference shots but just want to see if anyone can advise - do I need to remove return edges on forearms to flush? I've left some there to sand back/trim off but just checking.
I used hot glue and just used a little on the lens only - by the time you get the lens and your hand into position the glue has cooled a little. I also just blew cool air on the other side - don't know if it helped by I had no issue.

Make sure you stir the satin finish well - I found all the matting agent on the bottom after I did the frown and vocoder - was way too glossy.
