    Hey everyone been reading all the post in the ESB section and want to do this right. Is it decals or is it painted on helmet? By looking at pictures looks like decals with painted sides with black bars in the grove and not on the bump. Sorry about terminology newbie and learning every day.     For level two certification (if applicable): There is no seam present on the front of the boot. Boots are lightly scuffed. So after reading this. Do I need to scuff TK Boots?
