Hey Walt, I got a set of the new decals too for the helmet... Thanks, I'll keep molding little by little.

I'm working on the kids armor too, but I'm having challenges with the ears on the helmet. Any advice? They seem big? At least the same size as my MTk armor.

So finally got around to making armor. My MTK armor won't be done till next year. BUT I do have my "Kids armor" that I can play with and learn from when it comes to building armor. So here's the start for today, and will continue as time allows it.

Finally got my MTK armor. Here's the first set of pics. Going to work slowly on this set. Take my time. Goal is to build ANH Centurion level. I still have to collect all the little details needed for this build too. One rule people have taught me and what I've read so far, is TO NOT BUILD THE HELMET first. Since it's my first time building. I'll go with that and work slow. I'll definitely be asking for a lot of critiquing from all of you. Thank you in advance!

I was thinking of painting, but the decals seem less expensive and time consuming too.

Thanks for your updates, it's helping me out. I'm would like to incorporate your LEDs and switch to my conversion. Are the two AA's powering everything? Or did you go 9v? And power from the battery is powering up both LEDs? Just trying to understand what you did. Please let me know, thanks!

I got DD kit and blaster now! Time to build. But my kids were more excited for it than me. I think they like the sound... Here's my first photo and I'll let you all see my build. Been doing a lot of reading, and I am going to divert more power, switch to led and possibly change the barrel so the light goes all the way through. Any advice or critique would be great during my build process. Thank you to all who've posted their builds too.

Great thread! This is exactly what I needed to see. I've already ordered my AM armor, and have been just reading multiple threads to try to get all answers for whatever else I needed to complete the full suit. This was perfect! I've followed so many other threads too, just to keep up with getting all my answers. What would also be a plus is adding all the threads or links with the breakdowns too... But overall, gotta say it again: GREAT THREAD!

Can you guys PM the instructions too? My stuff is arriving in about 6-8 weeks. Just want to be prepared, like all of you. Thanks!
