    I know some have converted from AA to 9v and have had success. I don't see an issue with it.

    In the muggy hot Florida weather I've only encountered 1 troop where I wish I had stronger fans but it was also 98 out and with the humidity at almost 100% I doubt any fans would have helped lol.

    Also if possible don't jam so much padding in your helmet that can make things hotter than they need to be. I troop with the foam leaf and a chin strap and have no heat issues

    That's why I don't dress out when they first say to I usually wait about 10-20 after and then change out.

    Sweet!! I too am starting to build this for my 7yr old I used a pvc elbow for the shoulders just cut from the bend part. The soft parts is what I'm having trouble finding specifically the pants
