Just wondering abound the sandy, it says on 501st website that the backpack is not required, but it also says that there where sandys without pauldron, shoulder-pouch and backpack http://www.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TD_sandtrooper So my question, can i build a sandy without backpack and still wear pauldron and shoulder-pouch?

Im working on that, i have not ordered anything yet ,but seem im going for RS armor TK-style. But i have ordered a DLT-19, so looking very forward to begin..

Some minor tweak to the build: Replaced the ammo counter with better graphics. Added a pin inside the hole in the stock. I know the gap above the pin should not be hollow but im pleased with the state that its in now. Made the iron-sight little thinner and smother.

(and a new build is coming, and its bigger and better) As for Doopydoos i was notified when my parcel was dispatched from them on the email that i used when i ordered the kit. For me it took 4 weeks from ordering to receiving the kit, but Norway is not that far from UK.

I sent an email to Doopydoos also to see if i could order one even if they are out of stock, i do not have high hopes.

Im gonna make some in Jan. ill post it up on Nordic Garrison when im done. Ill start with 5 stands and then i just have to see what respond i get.

i made it at work, we have some machines that cut/drill in different materials . Its made of 10 mm black acrylic them 2 mm pvc, then 3 mm clear acrylic. Then super-glued. Dont think my boss would like me to start my own productions of stands, but who knows maybe.. :-( But i have a the illustrator(.ai) files if someone would like them. For the time being im trying to join as a supporter, but how not gotten any invites for events here in Norway/oslo, so i can prove myself.

spring 1,5 mm steel wire, Im thinking about maybe making a video tutorial for the making of it. I'm pretty pleased with the result and it was easy. and it fits perfect and it shows 12 springs when loaded.
