  1. Well from what it sounds like you're looking to do, you'd be best off with both. Anything dealing with digital photo work and you NEED photoshop. TBH I'd say you'd likely need photoshop more than illustrator but if you're going to be doing print design you'll find a large need for both.

  2. Hey everyone.

I just have a quick question, I hope this is the right section.

I bought a Hasbro Doopydoos kit off of you know where and the transaction was completed March 5th, and the kit is still not here.

Now, am I just impatient, or are shenanigans afoot?

    Thanks!

Mine took about three weeks to arrive. Just be patient.

  3. I am only wondering because I have seen threads about get your movie accurate holster etc, got me thinking was this another part of the fx suit to ditch? Ive got what i need to do with fixing, position etc put didnt want to put on a holster that id have to change. its smaller than others i have seen and of quite thick stiff leather (it looks like leather)

Yeah you'll need to ditch it, the FX holster is crap. Also I'm guessing you don't have your hasbro modded which I believe is also a requirement for elite and that won't fit in a righty holster due to the fact that the magazine on the gun makes it impossible to sheath on that side which is why the holster is on the left even though most Stormtroopers in the movie are righties.

  4. From the photo you've posted of the helmet it looks like it's got the wrong type of screws in the ears - are they phillips (crosshead) and domed?

You say you've replaced the original perspex? The photo seems to show the lenses aren't dark enough, but that may just be due to the flash. Also looks like the original Hovi's too. I would replace those before trying for clearance.

Can you give us some close up photo's of the mods please and also the attachment system for the armour?

He's not going for clearance. He's selling it.

  5. Someone had mentioned that Dick's sporting goods stocks a cheaper alternative to underarmor. Does anyone know if these would work?

Have you tried Walmart? I just bought a few sets of "under armor" there for I believe $15 a piece (top and bottoms are separate). The brand is called Rocky and they come in a clamshell like package.
