Did you get your Quote? I am also waiting for mine. It has been over a day since I sent a message. I figure in a few more days I would ping them again.

I just ordered some boots from this site. It reads that they were no longer producing them but, they had some in stock left over. Not only were they quick to find them they were quick in responding and sending the UPS info.

I checked the Disney store and didn't come up with anything? Where did you say you got this?
