Cracking Shoulder Straps
Voodoo Warrior in Florida replied to PanzerKraken's topic in Hard Armor (General Discussion)
Hey PanzerKraken I know you are talking about me. LOL. I followed Scootch's advice and used some spare ABS on a new pair I bought. It works wonders now, and it looks like it might take a good beating. -
Padding my forearms
Voodoo Warrior in Florida replied to Rarekwast's topic in Assembly, Mods, and Painting
I'd like to chime in on this conversation...I too have skinny forearms. Instead of adding foam to the actual armor, I use sweat wrist bands. I bought a pair of at "them Sports Authority" and the work very well!!. They also help in preventing armor bites. The sweat wrist bands need to be worn under the black compression shirt of course. I hope this helps out. -

Hi. Do you have any pictures of this set up? I am curious. Perhaps, I can build one too. Thanks, -

Gootch138; Go with Authentic Props armor. I just finished mine not too long ago and actually go accepted into the Legion this past Monday! You wont go wrong with AP. Trust me you will have fun building your own armor. Good luck to you. Surf this forum for help and pointers. I did, and it helped me a lot!!! -
Greetings Trooperland!! Please review my TK pictures. I updated one more picture with the correct size of AB buttons to adhere to the CRL of 7/16 in diameter. Originally I used a 10/16 diameter snap button, but was informed about the correct size. Let me know what you all thing about it. PS...how in the world do I upload a picture directly to this site???? It seems that whenever I do, it tells me that the pictures are always too large to upload!!! ---------
