  1. Congrats buddy! So awesome to have another Centurion in Trondheim! Have been fun to troop with you. I'll have a cold beer ready for you this weekend! And congrats to you too Walt! Have followed Steins build and the armor is a piece of art Great work!
  2. Congrats mate! The armor looks very good! and it was fun trooping with you today Hope your Centurion application go as smooth as this one
  3. Have to go off topic myself here! Cool to hear that you like Trondheim! You should come and join our national day parade one year. It is our signature troop here in Trondheim and a good recruiting platform for new troopers Troopers come from all over Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland to join this event. You should check this video out (Winter in Trondheim): Winter in Norway is usually white, but this year there was not much snow. And thanks for the support! Awesome dog!
  4. Thanks everyone, for the support, tips, kind words, etc! I am speechless! Over time I will look into all the small changes I can do to make the armor even more accurate. Wow Steve! Thank you a lot! I really appreciate the kind words! Feels good to have reached my goal. I will paint both the DT screws and the thigh rivets! Thats my next small project before finnishing up my E-11. And again, thanks!
  5. Thanks for the response guys! Happy that you like the weathering on my armor! I really like that it looks like it has seen some action. Will wait to review the respons from the DO and then go over the things that he points out regardless of approval or not. Have some black paint left and can redo the DT details today. Just have to go buy some more white paint Also thought that you had to find a unused number and put it in the title, but I was very wrong Thanks for fixing the title Mark! Can't wait for the final verdict!
  6. Sorry Jason, didn't see that the number was taken. A simple mistake And thanks for the feedback! Always great to see where I can do some upgrades. I hope to get approved the way the armor is now as I have looked into and fixed the things that was pointed out for Cen-approval in my EIB status request. Wire on the DLT-19 will be a project another time as it is not required for centurion. My project as of now is finishing my doopydoo E-11 The tube strips are the original provided by TM and they passed the EIB and I don't think there are any more strict requirements for centurion. Regarding the screws on the detonator I don't think it is a requirement. Can't see anything about it in the centurion visual checklist, the CRL and it was not mentioned in my EIB request for further upgrades towards centurion. Also tried to edit the thread text to change the number, but seems I am stuck with the wrong number for now :/

Hans-Petter Larsen TK-50157 Nordic Garrison FISD-Name: hanspl Mandatory InformationArmor = TM Helmet= TM Blaster= Hyper-Firm DLT-19 Optional Weight = 82.5 kg (182 lbs) Height= 178.5 cm Gloves= Trooperbay Belt= TM (Canvas belt from trooperbay) Neckseal= Trooperbay Boots= Jodhpur Boots (handpainted) Finally reached my goal of losing 50 lbs (20 since EIB approval) and have rebuilt several parts of my TK for the centurion requirements. Redone Thigh strapping, removed all shimming ( !), removed the wide cover strips on the back of my thighs and redone them to normal size, removed the return edge on one of the forearms. Also had to redo the rivets as the shimming plates got removed. I hope the changes will meet the requirements of the centurion program. I have replaced the pictures of the parts that have been redone. That includes new full body pictures. EIB thread: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/26455-tk-50157-requesting-anh-stunt-eib-status-tm360/ Armor Photos The armor is a bit dirty as I already have had 35 troops in it, but it has given it a natural weathering Full Body Front Left Side Back Right Side Right Detail Left Detail Helmet Detonator Belt Neck Seal Gloves Boots Blaster Chest Inner Strapping Ab Detail Forearm return edge (fixed since EIB req) Other Thighs (Fixed cover strips since EIB req)
  8. Thank you all! Great feeling to join the ranks of EIB. Will work towards centurion now! Thank you a lot Steve! I will provide with a photo of the interior as soon as I can. Regarding the DLT-19 I think I will focus on reaching the standards for centurion on my TK for now. Forearms: I will remove the remaining return edge. Regarding the thighs and the main torso I will have to do some work. Since august I have gone down 30 pounds and I am planing on doing 20 more. I needed the big cover strips at the thighs when I built the armor, but now they are way to big. So I am going to reach my goal before I redo something in my armor. Redo things now and one more time later will just be extra work. Same goes for the main torso. When I first built it the shims they didn't even cover enough. Now there is too much there. For this EIB request I had a hard time making the armor look good. So my main goal is to remove the shims completely and redo the cover strips on the thighs down to a 25 mm width. That will eliminate the rivet problem (will have to shorten the elastic although), and I wont have need for the ABS paste. I will however check the other guys thread on how he did it. I also will have to redo a lot of interior strapping in this process. My time limit to reach this goal is 17th of may, the national day of Norway where we have a big parade here in Trondheim. I want to be a centurion for that troop Thanks again for the approval! Gonna celebrate with a beer now!
  9. Thank you fellow troopers! Okay Can't wait to hear the verdict Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
  10. I am applying with the DLT-19. Will add a doopydoos E-11 later, but it is not finished. Are there any difference when applying with a DLT-19?

  17. Build day 7! TK-3664 helped as usual Belt is done and the other shin got trimmed 35 mm at the bottom as the other one. We also washed away the markings at the bottom of the shins. We glued cover strips on the back of the thighs and we glued shimming plates to the kidney plate. Need 5 cm on each side. First the gaps looked huge but when I tried it on the gaps wasn't really that big So now everything is done except the split rivets on the side of the ab-plate and kidney plate. TK-3664 and I will have a final build night this coming week and we are going to take application pictures the same day. Boots and detonator is almost done and pictures of them will come soon. Only need undersuit (in the mail), but I will get it this week Here are some pictures. Belt done! Belt detail pic 1 Belt detail pic 2 snap plates glued to chest plate leg parts all done! Picture showing the shimming plates Shoulders done Shoulder detail picture Soon done now! Looking forward to my first troop saturday 27. oct. And there is 2 troops that day!
  18. Thanks Paul It has been a great armor to work on. Yeah Looking forward to troop with the other TMs here in Trondheim We have 2 troops saturday 27. okt and that is going to be my big day!
  19. Test photo from yesterday We can call it a demo picture. The shoulders have no elastics around them, glued it rigth after the picture was taken. Now they look Rotj-ish xP There is some tape on the bicep and there are no button cover on the belt. Everything is fixed now tho. Had the armor on to measure some elastic lengths and how much shimming that was needed for centurion The armor will be done next week! Can't wait
  20. Build day 5 & 6 Day 5: TK-8505 and TD-6237 came over to help me on the build. We trimmed drop-boxes, and parts on the detonator, did some of the elastic and we shortened on of the Xl shins with 35 mm. I got shins from TM that are 75 mm longer than usual, but I had to trim them. Day 6: My TK build buddy TK-3664 came once again to build. We are going to build some tonight too as I got the shimming plastic from TM today. We worked very effectively and did a lot in just 3 hours. We got to trim the other shin, began the work on the belt, trimmed some more parts, glued all the last snap plates, began to fit and assembly the armor. The snap and elastic system is almost done. We also glued the sniper plate to the left shin and fastened the ammo belt to the right thigh. After tonight my build will almost be finished. (95 %). We are going to work on the belt and the shimming plastic. Here are some pictures: The front and back soon done Left side of the ammo belt Sniper plate getting glued Shins done! Only need to wash away some markings on them Trimmed drop box parts Chaos! Some snap plates getting glued Canvas belt fastened to the ab plate More pictures will come tomorrow as we are going to build more today! Soon reporting for duty!
