Ok thanks Vern i've saved all my extra abs scraps and i still have 2 full strips.
Patrick it doesn't feel tight on me at all.
One other thing I noticed that my chest feels thinner than the rest of my pieces?
Tonight i found something what i thought was a hair/cloth fiber on my chest plate but turned out to be a crack starting to run down the front and tinny stress crack forming on both side of the crack as well.
I've only trooped in it 2 twice since getting approved.
I know the feel when I first got my kit and started with the helmet first. Don't go fast take your time and don't be afraid to ask for help.
Good luck with the build.
I've only worn by armor 3 times and this afternoon I sat down to take any marks off. I picked up my gloves and wondered if I need to clean them on the inside?
I turned them inside out and they had little black spots on them which kinda looked like mold!!
Has anyone ever run across this before?
What is the best way to clean them?
I have them soaking in hot water with some dawn.
They are the black rubber gloves that trooperbay offers.
Great gloves just need some maintenance tips thx
I just recently finished my TK helmet and I had hand painted everything on even tube stripes. It took me about a week to do very carefully allowing maxium drying time and I'm very pleased with the results. Only had one mess up but it was an easy fix.
I just got my paints in from trooperbay and im trying to find some pictures of a ANH TK helmet front, sides and back to use as a ref. I haven't been able to find any good close up ones can you guys help?
Hello everyone I was wondering if i need to get some of those rare earth magnets before i start assembling my armor? I already have some clamps to hold the ends. Just asking because this is my first suit.
Hello everyone. I'm starting to trim my first costume and its the TK armor. When I got to the thigh pieces I noticed that I may have gotten a duplicate piece because i can't figure out how it goes together.
