  1. I feel your pain! I am just about the same size as you and ran into some of the same issues. My problem is most of my height (and girth) is in my torso so I have to really watch out for that gap between the chest and ab. The chest can definitely come down some since the back of the shoulder straps are floating. Luckily I did not have to split the cod piece but I do not have much room to play. I am not sure about the MTK kit because I was able to use the AM. I know RT-Mod makes bigger stuff but the guy who helped me said he has never seen a bigger set of TK. I think I am walking that fine line between "wow, that is a big intimidating Stormtrooper" and "whoa, the Empire is really letting their physical standards slide" :-) Anyway, best of luck and know that it can be done for us bigger guys.
  2. Requesting 501st status please. TK 11728 http://www.501st.com/members/displaymemberdetails.php?userID=17754 Thanks, Roger
  3. Build looks great and I am using this and Ian's build to do a conversion of my own. In your picture that says "some more drilling", is that on the front part of the folding stock? How big are the holes? Also, did you have to use putty to close some of the gaps between the pieces? Any recommendation on what kind of putty could be used? Will E-6000 work as far as attaching the pieces to the blaster? Thanks for posting your pics. I am inspired now and need to get to work. Thanks.

You may want to look at an AM kit. I am 6'3" and weigh more than I would like but the AM kit came out looking great and is good for tall guys like us. Hope that helps.
  5. This information is exactly what this newbie was looking for. Thanks for compiling it so nicely.
