  1. Ah. But you're still getting the HS grip then?
  2. Good luck Paul, and thanks for sharing the pictures. It looks fantastic!
  3. So you did get that one after all! I'm happy for you! That was one hell of a rare deal. Now you can sign off from the hand-schaub list, to save some cash. I'll stick to my spot on that though, since anything better would be illegal here.
  4. With this can-do attitude nothing will stop you.
  5. Looks like you're hitting all the EIB marks. I'm liking the changes you made. All I can think of that might help out is that it looks like your knee plate could use some more sanding as the edges look a little rough. And don't forget to paint your knee belt rivets again. So you're approved! For centurion, since you've stated that is your intentions, I'm more hesitant for praise since it looks like you're using overlap assembly. As long as the LMO does not respond to our requests for him to sign off or dismiss the centurion changes we voted on, I'd prefer that we stick to what was agreed on in the vote.
  6. I'll edit your other thread title for you to whatever you want. Just let me know.
  7. That is correct. RS owns the master and the mould of it now. They have some pictures of it on FB.
  8. You paint the rivets on the left of the ab and kindey white, but not the others.
  9. It's better to trim the bottom of the shins than to trim the top of the thighs if you need less length on the leg parts.
  10. Luckily you just need to get the parts welded to a new pipe to make it whole again.
  11. In the end you'll be happy that you went with cover strips. Especially once you compare it to something that is built with overlap.
  12. Sorry Graeme, here you go! http://www.whitearmo...es/3896-eib.png
  13. Will do Sent from my GT-I9300
  14. May I just say that your work to convert overlap RT into something with cover strips and butt joins is quite impressive.
  15. Dang it, the bikers get so many ladies...
  16. I ran a search on their Swedish website without results, so either they stopped selling them, or I had them mixed up with a similar store. So I can't promise you'll find them there anymore.
  17. I know a lot, and I also know that it's a good idea to distribute responsibilities. Like to those that are closer than I am. At least on the same continent.
  18. I'm Swedish, I have no idea how that parade is organized.
  19. Scouts are cheaper than TK if you can sew. The armour itself is cheaper, since there is less of it, but if you can't sew you'll have to commission it which may well end up costing more than a cheaper TK-kit like ATA. Scouts should ideally not be super clean, since the originals were quite weathered to match the Endor conditions, but they do get to troop with TK's just like any other 501st approved costume.
  20. No real need to PM though. Just upload it to one of the free temporary file hosting services, hand me the link. I'll then download it and re-upload it to FISD for permanent hosting.
