Its cheaper if I dont. The guy is almost my size, and I was trying to cut corners but I dont want to crack the armor. The belt is cracking and I can see how weak the material is.

I have a question about rivets. There is a guy local that is selling his TK armor and used pop rivets instead of glue. Is this 501dt acceptable?

I just emailed the general email. I was not sure the protocol for that. I have never seen any troopers around either. The map said there was one just a few miles away, but I emailed him a week ago and I think he might be inactive.

Hey, still a n00b around here. I am starting to research the armor and such and I wanted to get in touch with my local Garrison. I went to the local site, via 501st, and sent and email. That was 3 days ago. Is there someone else or a better way to get in touch with my local 501st? I want to meet and get hands on advice. Tactile Learner! BTW, I am in North Texas, Lewisville. Not finding much on TK Tupperware. I would really like to see the FX vs the AP and any other acronyms. The AP is kinda pricey so I might wait till tax time to get it. Is the FX any better on price? How do I know if it is FX? so many copycats!

Ok, I cant find AP armor on ebay or online. I found a guy in teh UK that makes armor and says it is 501st standards. Where can I find it?
