Helmet Opinions

Hello All,

 

I'm in the process of putting my armor together, and I'm currently looking at helmets. I've opted out of going the FX route, based on both board comments and suggestions from people in my area. I've seen the MR CE stunt edition helmet, which looks pretty good and has been recommended, but I'm having trouble finding it anywhere but Amazon. So, several questions:

 

1. Is this a good helmet for $239?

 

2. Is it normally this hard to find, or is the shortage here to stay due to lack of supply?

 

3. Is there anything comparable that I should be looking at instead of this?

 

4. Are there any major changes that need to be made to this helmet?

Remember that Knowledge is power, read the threads and use the search engine. ever question u can think off has at least one if not many threads. on avarage it takes around a month of constant reading to get your bearing right and know whcich way is up. be patient and read, we were all clueless at one point in time some of us didnt have the FISD when we started to do research and every thing was done there PM like something illegal , in the shadows........

try to take advantage of this Board and the great ppl that have contributed such wealth of knowlegde.

If ur patient and do your home work it will be awesome.

 

About the FX armor just make sure its the absolute best armor for u, not just because ppl told u to get that. I have a FX but only because at that time it was truly the best one "FOR ME"
