Assistance request: Stormtrooper helmet part

Hello all,

 

Although I'm not a member of the 501st, I do have a full set of production-quality stormtrooper armor.

 

The group that made this armor for me used a pair of small plastic pieces to cover up the screws that hold the front and rear pieces of the helmet in place. (I've attached a couple of photos to illustrate the location of these pieces and what the pieces look like.)

 

My problem is this: I've lost one of the pieces, and I'd really like to replace it. I'm not certain if this is a common helmet component or not; if anyone uses pieces like these, and knows how I could get my hands on a replacement (and a couple of spares...), I'd be VERY grateful. I'm trying to get the armor all repaired in time for Halloween, and would greatly appreciate any assistance.
