Has anyone ever tried taking a piece of scrap ABS to their local Home Depot and had them color match it and make a quart of touch up paint that would match their armor?  I would imagine a gloss paint would be the preferred style.  These are the kinds of thoughts that keep me up at night....

Some have done this over the years, Anovos helmet was scanned and a colour code was created by an automotive supplier.

I had to match some U trim and used water based acrylics, had them on hand, and was easy to eye match the color, once I was happy with the color I locked it with a gloss clear coat.

Like any painted pieces you have to take care, anything I have painted I make fabric pouches so the pieces don't touch in transit.
