G4Tyrant Posted November 16, 2008 Report Posted November 16, 2008 After building my AP Helmet and using stickers ... as with the rest of my armour i decided to change a few bits! I decided i wanted it painted, so off with the stickers it was .... after a poor attempt at painting it myself (it was ok but i wasnt happy with a few bits) .. another set of stickers went back on! lol <_< ... i still really wanted it painted though as the stickers looked ok .... but ok wasnt enough really! ... so ... i then enlisted the help of my partners ex-husband! Lol Phil has done a bit of model making as a hobby in his spare time so i asked him if he fancied having a go at painting my Lid ... he was a bit apprehensive to start with, but after having a look on www.starwarshelmets.com he agreed to give it a go ... ... well i got it back yesterday and what can i say, he has done an absoloutly mint job on it ... airbrushed and then touched up totally by hand! He even took pictures along the way .... let me know what ya reckon .... The back traps .... Quote
