Dooku - Officer Boots - Pull-on Style

I am looking for a pair of boots for my Dooku Costume.  Because I have a fairly close resemblance to Christopher Lee,  I am shooting for top level certification.  This cert level requires an equestrian style pull-on boot (without zipper).  Has anyone run across a source for this type of boot.  I am really struggling with sourcing this boot and any help would be appreciated.
