"Cheap" Holsters

In typical Anonymous Egyptian style, I'm looking for the cheapest holster I can buy/make. I have money, but the less I need to spend, the better .

Cheapest will obviously be the one you can make yourself, from recycled material. An old leather couch, with nice, thick hide on it, would be ideal. I make my own but from thicker leather.
