Broken formatting on iOS

Posts made on Safari are messy and full of <br /> tags and non-functional links/attachments, etc. This seems to happen on mobile and desktop view modes. I am using the latest release (10.3).

The only way that I have found to avoid that (and still use the Safari device) is to go to the refresh "button" and hold down until you see a pop-up that says "Request Desktop Site."  Select that option, and you can make posts without all of the edit tags appearing in it.
