The weather forecast (see link below) looks GREAT, but being Florida the humidity will be high. Please remember to stay hydrated, especially if you will be in armor. Drinking lots of water the night before will help immensely, but also keep a water bottle handy during the day. Dehydration can sneak up on you, and have some serious repercussions. Symptoms include confusion, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, fast heartbeat, headache, inability to urinate, muscle cramps, nausea and weakness.
