gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted April 4, 2017 Report Share Posted April 4, 2017 (edited) DSS TROOP REPORT EVENT: Rogue One Blu Ray release Target LOCATION: Westifield Cannington DATE: 4th April 2017 TIME: 11.00-2.00pm LANDSCAPE/WEATHER: Indoors/Outdoors TROOPERS: Liz TR13310 Jerry ID59226 Q TK85421 REPORT: We arrived at 10.30am and met our friendly Targert manger who guided us to our change area. Didn't take us long to get kitted up and we headed to the front of the store, where the Rogue One Blu Ray display was set up. Didn't take long until the first unsuspecting members of the public fell for the old mannequin trick, which continued thoughout our visit. There was also some monkey business to be had by our Guard and Stormtrooper, to the shake of the head from our Commander on deck. Our Guard kitted down early but Stormtrooper and Officer soldiered on, bringing many a smile to younglinds and parents alike, ok and the odd scare or two . A slightly tall youngling came for a photo, not sure his age but he did have facial hair, think he was hoping to see a Vader, he did say when he grew up he'd like to be just like us (only meaner) . It reached 2pm and we called it a day. Target's manager once again very happy with our visit and looking forward to seeign us for Force Friday.
