REPORT: Most of us arrived around 4.00 in plenty of time, we waited for a few others then headed to our change area.

After changing we donned our black arm bands and took a few photos to show our respect to our recently departed princess Carrie.

We then headed to our hidey hole, the Zoo HQ and hid away before the crowds entered the zoo grounds, as at our last zoo attendance we created a bottle neck into the grounds as so many younglings wanted to stop and have photos with us.

Once the zoo had filled we headed out and were met by the very excited crowds, photos and high fives constant with little time for a breather. M'Lord Vader and his entourage tried to walk through the crowds but decided this was a bad idea, making 2 step progress before being stopped once again. Both Sandy and I found the going slow too, we only managed to make it 10mtrs away from the Zoo HQ, there was lots of "why is that one so dirty", to my reply, "I think he fell in elephant poo".

Most of the troops took a breather @ 6pm and after a short break and replenishing with fluids, a few chocolates and fresh air we hit the grounds again.

It started to quieten down around 7pm as a lot of the families had set up on the grass in front of the stage area, shows about to start and wild animals (younglings) needing feeding, so we called it a night and started to head back to our change area. Once there and after a head count Liz realised we were missing a Fett, we quickly headed out with a search party only to find him making his way back, even with his helmet you could see his smile, he was definitely enjoying his first major troop let loose in the crowds.

Many of us had brought a picnic so we headed to the grass area and after enjoying our dinners and a well deserved rest we all decided to make a run for it before the end of the night and the leaving crowds.

We could have done with a couple of those Rogue One light up ground crew batons in the carpark as we needed to help a boxed in Peter extract his transport safely, with a little guidance he managed to get out.

A great night, thanks Liz for organising another great Zoo visit.
