Modding the Master Replicas Stunt Helmet

Hello All,

 

I recently purchased the Master Replicas ABS plastic Stormtrooper stunt helmet. I want to make a few subtle modifications to it to make it look even more realistic, such as putting wire mesh in the mouth instead of the fabric sheet, and placing black lenses in the eyes. I know there is a certain way to do this, but I really want to make the modifications carefully so I don't ruin the helmet. Do you think you could advise me on how to go about doing this? Specifically, I am refferring to the website www.triktoys.com for parts to do my modifications. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

 

P.S. I also eventually want to add a voicechanger to the helmet to sound like a stormtrooper, as well as add the static burst. What is the best, affordable method out there?

I'd recommend looking around the forums a bit. There are several MR mod threads just a few threads under yours. They cover lenses, ear screws, etc....
