help with shoulder bells

so I know that there should be minimal gap between shoulder bells and shoulder bridge. I got what I though was close to the shoulder straps but there still seems to be a large gap. Once I add the bicep strap for support will that help? I feels like its going to fly away on me. Also do I need to trim more off of the bells?

the left bell (right in photo) needs to come up higher.

Tip: You can fold the strap on itself and sew to shorten the length instead of creating a new strap.

After a while you'll need to replace with a new one anyhow - you'll will know how long to make it. ;)
