conkerreloaded Posted January 4, 2016 Report Share Posted January 4, 2016 I've had my suit complete for the better part of 2 months but what has been keeping me from submitting (other than classic procrastination) is the visible gap from a front face position. Upon closer inspection, the kidney and an can be heated and curved more to fit more slim, it's somewhat large right now. There is also some significant overlap, on both sides but more-so on the right. Is this acceptable for basic approval or is more modification needed? Note: Everything is strapped up, brackets are installed. I'm thinking if I need to(especially if I want EIB or Centurion) I'll need to uninstall the outside brackets, cut away and heat bend what needs to be and fill in previous screw holes with ABS paste. elleerre Posted January 4, 2016 Report Share Posted January 4, 2016 Try applying some adhesive velcro inside both sections of the armor and keeping them together with a simple velcro strip (not glue-backed).
