  1. TK 24299 requesting access and status upgrade http://www.501st.com/members/displaymemberdetails.php?userID=20476 Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  2. It's official! I am now TK 24299! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  3. I hope to replicate this when I get my Phoenix Props kit! Thanks for paving the way! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  4. I haven't done any sort of permanent technique right now but I plan on scrapping then to my thighs with snaps and elastic. What I have right now is the hooks on the shins sloped in to the straps on the top of my boot. It still slides down a smidge but I have large calves so I need to squeeze the shins closed around them. I'm going to mod the snaps and elastic soon. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  5. I'll work on getting that lowered then. Thanks for the tips! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  6. I'd love to get a working E-11 for airsoft. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  7. Thanks. Not really. I was able to get them a little lower for those pics. My arms are a little long so I haven't found out how to do actually fix it yet other than pulling them down. Can't close the bicep/forearm gap too mich because of my arm length. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  8. Link for S&T Sterling http://www.evike.com/products/50076/ Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  9. Does anyone have one available to sell anymore? If not. I might try my luck with ebay and see if I can get an old PoTF one for cheap.
  10. Had to retake my pictures due to uploading problems so I decided to fix the shins before. Here is the result, front and back. The shins look about the same height but I'm working on fixing that. They like to fall down a little bit while walking.
  11. If I can get EIB, I'll definitely go all the way to Centurion. Thanks! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  12. Right! I remember that being mentioned before. Thanks! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  13. Thanks for the suggestions. Now to drop the bicep, would I have to reposition the hook? Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  14. I feel like I have little too much return edge or it's trimmed wrong on the shoulder bells. Might have to tighten the top strap to get them touching. Hoping to make EIB once I get a blaster so any suggestions to help me fix anything is much appreciated. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  15. Front Back Left Right Helmet Off Action 1 Action 2 These are the pictures I submitted. Hoping these all work! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  16. 20 mm I believe. The back of the shins are 25 mm. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  17. Submission photos are sent! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  18. I've had my suit complete for the better part of 2 months but what has been keeping me from submitting (other than classic procrastination) is the visible gap from a front face position. Upon closer inspection, the kidney and an can be heated and curved more to fit more slim, it's somewhat large right now. There is also some significant overlap, on both sides but more-so on the right. Is this acceptable for basic approval or is more modification needed? Note: Everything is strapped up, brackets are installed. I'm thinking if I need to(especially if I want EIB or Centurion) I'll need to uninstall the outside brackets, cut away and heat bend what needs to be and fill in previous screw holes with ABS paste. Is this do-able? Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  19. I've used a small amount of paint thinner for detail mistakes and then wiped it off with a wet rag. Didn't hurt the ABS at all. But it is common to stay away from such products. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  20. I wanted to start this thread in case anyone had some cool photos of what they did for the premiere, costumed or not. Post away! Me and 2 other YoungLife leaders took 22 high school students to see the first showing in Sedona, AZ
  21. Here's one for you! It's pretty far in there, after he assembles his arm pieces but he assembles a 3 piece helmet. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?/topic/32531-Navajo-Bro's-AM-2.0-Stunt-build Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  22. Here it is as it stands now. No E-11 yet so my Firefly blaster stood-in(I know not to use it for my approval pictures) Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  23. I'll trim them down then! I think the reason he put those up that high was because I had a gap that needed covering at the top. But that was with just hook closure before my Velcro mod. There's definitely no gap now. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  24. I'm using the "Industrial Strength". It doesn't come apart, I just had a problem with the black of the Velcro pushing through the seem. I plan on fixing tonight. I got my gloves in today so I'll be sending approval pictures any day now! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
